The post holder will be responsible for supporting the management, co-ordination and implementation of direct marketing and telemarketing programmes, working within budgets and to maximise income targets.
The post holder reports directly to the Senior Data and Fundraising Manager and works closely with the Head of Fundraising, as well as other fundraising colleagues when required to support WCRF UK’s fundraising programmes.

We are presently looking for a Fundraising Relationship Manager for our office in Amsterdam. Led by the Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for developing our Corporate, Legacy, Trusts & Foundations and Major Donor Program. Additionally you also focus on new ways to generate revenue. You are able to achieve financial targets and have a minimum HBO thinking and working level with relevant experience in a marketing/fundraising position. You feel comfortable in a small team and in a professional organization.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Manager, Health
Information to be based in our offices in Amsterdam.
This challenging role will be reporting directly into the Operations Manager with the key purpose for leading, developing and implementing the education programmes and communication activities for World Cancer Research Fund Netherlands.
As Manager, Health Information you will bring your influence to bear on achieving
our
mission to make as many people as possible aware that we can reduce cancer
through healthy eating and living.
To be successful, you will have significant experience managing in health
promotion,
health public relations or similar function in a health related organisation
including
developing health information programmes with the ability in changing opinions
or
behaviours in the general public.
You will need to be an experienced networker, able to develop effective relationships
required to ensure outcomes are maximized for World Cancer Research Fund.
Communications skills are, therefore, key to your success and you will be confident
in all presentation mediums, particularly writing press releases, corporate
publications, web content and engage with journalists and the media effectively.

Supporter Services Assistant
Amsterdam, Permanent contract
Full-time – 5 days a week (37.5 hours),
Salary - €1.800 - €1.900 per month based on 37,5 hour work week
A self-motivated and enthusiastic Supporter Services Assistant is required to provide key support to the supporter services department.
As the first point of contact for enquiries and complaints, you must be able to manage conversations, use negotiations skills and resolve conflicts. WCRF is an organization which campaigns on the prevention of cancer, you will need to be comfortable with its principles and campaign goals.
Information on breaking issues can sometimes change daily and you should enjoy working in an organisation which has to research, learn and give out new information quickly.
You should be prepared to switch between writing letters and emails; taking call and doing a range of regular administrative tasks in the course of the day.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate flexibly, positively and co-operatively as a member of a small team is essential. Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language is a must, along with experience of working with business English.

Fundraising Volunteer
Role period 3 - 6 months, 3 days per week
The WCRF Fundraising Team is seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual with experience of Fundraising to work three days a week at the WCRF offices in Bloomsbury, London.
Working under the direction of the Senior Fundraising Manager, you will help support work around Events, Corporate and Trust Fundraising. This will include researching new potential corporate partners, suitable Trusts and Statutory Fundraising bodies for fundraising, sporting and challenging events and other general office administration tasks.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience in Fundraising and events work in a national charity and find out more about fundraising in general.
The successful candidate will be organised, creative and proactive, with a strong interest in fundraising/events and ideally knowledge of researching.
London travel (zones 1-6) and lunch expenses up to £5 will be reimbursed.

Supporter Services Volunteer
World Cancer Research Fund UK is looking to recruit a volunteer for their Supporter Services department to provide administrative support at our offices in central London.
This role offers plenty of scope to make a real difference in support of our work. Your main responsibilities will be helping to fulfil mailings and the distribution of newsletters, providing administrative support to colleagues and other general admin work as required.
Applicants should have a positive, can-do attitude with good English written and oral communication skills. If you are passionate about prevention and control of cancer and keen to gain valuable, hands-on experience and an insight into the charity sector, then we would like to hear from you.
This role is unpaid though we will reimburse London travel (zones 1-6) and lunch expenses up to £5.
