Our policy recommendations

The WCRF/AICR Continuous Update Project (CUP) and Second Expert Report provide a robust evidence base for recommendations and public health goals that, if implemented and followed, will have a significant impact on cancer rates.

Setting these targets is just one step. Equally important is understanding how to achieve them. Policy and Action for Cancer Prevention, WCRF/AICR’s Policy Report, provides evidence on changes and reforms that can help people to make healthy choices to reduce their risk of cancer and other non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

Our Policy Report provides recommendations aimed at nine key groups in society whose actions can impact people’s health.
