Prawn skewers
This recipe works best with king prawns

Ingredients
- 24 king prawns, raw (6 per skewer)
- 4 skewers, soaked in cold water if wooden
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- ½ a lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Method
- Place the prawns in a bowl, add all the marinade ingredients, and mix together with your hands.
- Cover the bowl with tin foil or cling film and place it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- After soaking your wooden skewers in cold water, start threading 6 prawns per skewer.
- Place the skewers on the BBQ once hot for a couple of minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
