Free course on nutrition and cancer

Enrolment now open for free online course in association with Wageningen University

Discover the latest insights on the role of diet, nutrition and lifestyle in the prevention, occurrence and progression of cancer.

Many studies, including our own, have been conducted on the role of nutrition and physical activity in cancer prevention. This has resulted in our Cancer Prevention Recommendations. Far less research is available for the role of nutrition on cancer progression, but the evidence that a healthy diet may also play a beneficial role for cancer survivors is increasing. Join this free open and online course from Wageningen University & Research, in association with World Cancer Research Fund International, and learn more about the role of nutrition in the occurrence and progression of cancer.

This course will be of particular value for professionals in training from various fields related to nutrition or cancer who want to discover what the evidence basis is for dietary guidelines (such as nutritionists, epidemiologists, health policy makers, physicians, caregivers, nutrition educators, biologists and food scientists).

This Massive Online Open Course (MOOC) will start on 2 October 2018 and will end on 22 November 2018, enrolment is already open.
