Ingredients
- 200g frozen watermelon
- 100g frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 100ml sparkling water
- Lime slices, to garnish
Method
- In a blender, blend the frozen watermelon, frozen raspberries and lime juice until smooth.
- Slowly add the sparkling water, blending a bit at a time until the drink reaches your desired thickness.
- Pour the drink evenly into 2 glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime, if desired.
