Ingredients
- 40g frozen cherries, slightly thawed
- 1 x 50g ball low-fat vanilla, or natural-flavoured frozen yoghurt
- 50ml espresso coffee
Method
- Cut the cherries into quarters and add to a small bowl.
- Scoop a ball of frozen yoghurt onto the cherries and pour over the espresso.
- Eat immediately!
Chill or freeze the bowl before serving to keep the yoghurt frozen for longer
