Write your will for free

You don’t have to include a gift to World Cancer Research Fund to be able to use our partner organisations’ free Will writing services, but we do hope you’ll consider it, after providing for those you love.

You can help give future generations the power to prevent cancer.

    Write your Will using a local solicitor

    We work in partnership with the National Free Wills network which has a network of independent solicitors scattered across the country who will write our supporters’ Wills with no charge to them.

    1. They will send you names and addresses of at least two solicitors, local to you and you choose which you’d like to visit.
    2. We pay the National Free Wills Network a special rate for the solicitor you choose to write a simple Will, so that there is no cost to you.
    3. The service covers a simple Will for you or yourself and a partner, where you have joint assets.
    4. If your will is complicated you may need to pay an additional cost. This cost will be outlined to you before you proceed so you have the option without financial liability not to proceed. More complicated Wills may include Trusts, Wealth and Taxation advice, and Commercial assets.

    The solicitors joined to the National Free Wills Network will be acting on your instructions and, on your instructions, alone.
