Coleslaw
Our homemade red cabbage coleslaw is a side dish with a great crunch

Ingredients
- ¼ medium red cabbage
- ¼ white cabbage
- 5 radishes
- 1 yellow pepper
- ½ sweet red onion
- 3 carrots, grated
- For the dressing:
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon runny honey
- 3 tablespoons fat-free Greek yoghurt
- Handful dill, finely chopped
Method
- Finely chop the cabbage, radishes, pepper and red onion.
- Place in a large salad bowl and combine with the grated carrots.
- Combine the dressing ingredients and drizzle on to the salad.
- Mix well and serve.
