Non-alcoholic eggnog
With a swirl of festive cinnamon and nutmeg

Ingredients
- 1 litre no added sugar, barista-style oat milk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened custard powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for serving
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until smooth. Use the back of a spoon to squash any lumps.
- Pour into a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Stir regularly until it starts to simmer and thicken.
- Remove from the heat and serve, topped with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Alternatively, once it has cooled a little, pour into a jug and place in the fridge to chill before serving.
