Draft text amendment proposals for the Zero Draft of the Political Declaration for the upcoming Fourth High-Level Meeting of the UN General Assembly on the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases and the Promotion of Mental Health and Well-Being from the Union for International Cancer Control (UICC), World Cancer Research Fund International (WCRFI) and McCabe Centre for Law and Cancer, and integrating text proposals from the NCD Alliance
