How do you keep active?

We are updating our physical activity booklet to inspire more people to be active for better health and cancer prevention, and we’d love to include your story.

Whether it’s walking with friends, joining a local community group or finding small moments to stretch or move during the day, we want to hear what helps you stay active.

Your story can show others that physical activity can be enjoyable and fit naturally into everyday life.

At World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF), we produce a range of communications and resources to support our messaging. We use stories and images of real people in our communications as it helps to demonstrate the difference our work is making.

If you’d like to share your story and be part of WCRF’s work, please complete the form below.
