CUP cancer reports, which summarise the CUP systematic literature reviews, focus on a particular cancer site, covering trends in incidence and survival, pathogenesis, other established causes, methodology, issues relating to interpretation of the evidence, the evidence itself (from epidemiological studies featured in CUP systematic literature reviews and from research into biological mechanisms) and judgements on the evidence.
