Ingredients
- 3 large handfuls fresh parsley, roughly chopped
- 1 red chilli (to taste depending on how hot you want it)
- 1–2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp red or white wine vinegar
- Ground black pepper, to taste
Method
- In a blender add all the ingredients and blend (if you don’t have a blender, you can finely chop the ingredients and mix together). You can do this a couple of hours before – the longer it marinates, the better the flavour.
