Ingredients
- 1 large spring onion, finely sliced
- ½ large mild green chilli, seeds removed and finely sliced
- ¼ inch cube fresh ginger, finely chopped
- 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame or vegetable oil
- 1 dessertspoon reduced-salt soy sauce
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour over two fillets of white meat or fish before grilling.
