Order health guides and recipe booklets

As a charity we can provide one free order of up to three recipe booklets and three health guides per UK household. Please note, we don’t ship outside the UK. 

If you submit more than one request, we will be unable to fulfil your order.

For health professionals or those requiring multiple copies please email resources@wcrf.org.

We offer our health guides and cookbooks for free, but if you can make a donation to support our work, thank you! You’ll be directed to the donation page after you’ve ordered your booklet.
