What is Eat Move Learn?

Eat Move Learn is an educational hub for children 7-11 years old to learn about healthy eating and living in a fun way.

We focus on helping children build healthy habits early, so they can grow, learn and feel their best now and in the future.

Who is Eat Move Learn for?

For children

Eat Move Learn is your place to discover, try and explore. You can learn cool facts, try fun activities, cook simple recipes and even grow your own food. With the help of Flower, Mixer, Searcher and Pedal, you will build skills and confidence to make healthy choices every day.

For parents, guardians and teachers

Eat Move Learn provides trusted, engaging resources to support children’s health and wellbeing. Everything is designed to make healthy eating and physical activity simple, practical and easy to include at home or in the classroom.

What to expect from Eat Move Learn

Eat Move Learn is built around four simple ideas that help children understand and build healthy habits in everyday life.

Children can explore simple, clear information about food, the body and staying healthy.

This helps build knowledge and confidence so they understand why healthy choices matter.

Children can try fun ideas to help them move more, whether at home, at school or outdoors.

The focus is on making activity enjoyable and part of daily life.

Children learn how to grow fruit and vegetables, even in small spaces.

This helps them understand food, try new things and feel more connected to what they eat.

Children can follow simple, child-friendly recipes with adult support. Cooking helps them try new foods, build confidence and develop practical life skills.
