Fruity yoghurt oat pots

Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 200g green grapes, sliced in half lengthways
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 red apples, cored and chopped, skin on
- 400g low-fat natural yoghurt
- 20g pumpkin seeds
Method
- Dry fry the oats in a frying pan for 2 minutes to toast them.
- Divide the grapes, bananas and apples between 4 bowls.
- Spoon on the natural yoghurt.
- Sprinkle on the toasted oats.
- Sprinkle on the pumpkin seeds.
- Serve immediately.
Top tip: You can use any fruit you have to make this recipe. Fresh, frozen, tinned and leftover fruit all work well in this recipe and count towards your 5 A DAY.
