Do you eat tofu, edamame beans or soy milk? 🫛
There have long remained questions, and indeed misconceptions, around the relationship between soy foods and cancer.
Recent research funded by WCRF suggests that exposure to soy foods during early-life may influence adult breast tissue composition.

Thank you to everyone who has signed up for our skipping fundraising challenge! ➰
Our big tip is to use your wrists. Spin the rope with your wrists and forearms rather than making big circles with your entire arms. 🙌
We've created a tracker chart and celebration pictures for when you reach peaks to encourage you to keep going! Download here: World-Cancer-Research-Fund.sync.giving/112-skips-a-day/faqs-resources#section-3

This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, meet Alice.
Alice was just four years old when she lost her mum to breast cancer. Devastatingly, cancer has stolen four more people from Alice’s family.
Her sister, Amy, also faced cancer as a teenager before becoming a four-time Paralympian with @teamgb🏅
Today, Alice is turning unimaginable pain into purpose. She works as a cancer nurse and is passionate about supporting prevention research, ensuring fewer families face the same heartbreak she did 🔬
This October, why not sign up to run the Tokyo Marathon with @wcrfuk to fund research that helps stop cancer in its tracks 👟

Throwback to 2012, when the WCRF International team joined cancer experts from around the world at the World Cancer Congress in Montreal. 🌎
For more than 14 years, WCRF International has been part of this important global gathering, sharing the latest evidence on cancer prevention and working with others to help turn research into action.
This September, we’ll be doing it again as the World Cancer Congress heads to Hong Kong.
The Congress brings together people working across cancer research, healthcare, policy, and advocacy from more than 120 countries. It’s an important opportunity to share what we know about preventing cancer and to learn from others working towards the same goal.
We’re proud to be taking WCRF’s cancer prevention research to a global stage once again!
